Stuff4fun - Cancellation & Returns Policy
Stuff 4 Fun hope that the items you have ordered from us fully meet with your expectations, but we realise that from time to time you may be dissatisfied with your purchase for any number of reasons. If this is the case we provide a comprehensive order cancellation and returns policy, details of which are given below
5.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) Before the despatch of your order you must notify us by email to email@example.com; or
(b) if your order has already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us in accordance with clause 5.2
5.2 You have the right to return goods you have ordered from us for any reason within 7 days of receipt of your order
subject to certain conditions detailed below. In all case we will offer a full refund or exchange to the value of the
original purchase price of the item. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will provide you with a full refund for the amount paid including any charges made for packing and delivery unless the product was reported by you as faulty, see clause 5.3; if preferred a product exchange to the value of the original purchase may be requested, where this occurs the original purchase will be credited in full and the replacement products will be treated as a new order.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 5.2 will not apply in the following circumstances:-
a/ If the product has been used, or is not returned to us in the original packing.
b/ If the original packaging has been damaged, including where the header card has been being folded.
c/ The costume is returned smelling of perfume, nicotine or body odour.
d/ In all cases goods must be returned to us in the original condition and in re-saleable condition.
e/ Where items have been modified or customised to the customer’s specific instructions
Any items returned to us that does not fully meet with our Returns Policy will be advised as such and held for a period of 90 days to allow the customer to either arrange collection or to make payment for redelivery. We only offer a signed for service at out standard delivery cost. On expiry of the 90 days if we have not heard from you the items will be destroyed.
IMPORTANT: For reasons of personal hygiene teeth, eyelashes, false nails, wigs, beards, moustaches, tights/stockings, undergarments and face paint cannot be returned unless the packaging is original, unopened and sealed as supplied, this is clearly stated on our returns form.
5.3 Faulty items: All products are thoroughly checked by Stuff4fun on receipt from our suppliers and prior to despatch to ensure they are in perfect condition. However if on receipt of you order you find that the item is faulty or where damage has occurred in transit you must sign accordingly and then contact us immediately by email to enquires@Stuff4fun.co.uk or at the latest within seven(7) working days from the date of receipt, notifying us of the details.
Returns goods will be inspected and authorised for a replacement or a full refund of the original purchase price
Cheque refunds can be requested but will be subject to a fee of £2.75 to cover banking charges.
Please allow up to fourteen days for Card refunds.
In all cases a returns form “S4F-R” must be completed and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and enclosed with all returns. A copy will be supplied by email for all eligible return requests. The information provided on this form is required to process the refund, without the correct document refunds may be delayed.
We recommend that you return items by a signed for Delivery service with appropriate insurance and proof of posting is obtained from the receiving Post Office. Stuff4fun cannot be held responsible for items not received from Royal Mail.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
